Setelah dinanti-nanti sejak pagi, Rani Juliani, janda siri almarhum Nasrudin Zulkarnaen, akhirnya datang ke Polda Metro Jaya, Jumat (26/6) siang. Dia mendapat pengawalan ketat dari anggota reserse dan provost.

Rani, yang mengenakan baju blazer cokelat motif kotak garis-garis, tiba di Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum sekitar jam 11.30. Dengan rambut sebahu yang digerai Rani datang bersama dua orang penasehat hukumnya naik mobil Toyota Fortuner B 1996 WS.

Kehadiran mantan caddy di lapangan Padang Golf Moderland Tangerang di Polda untuk yang kedua kalinya. Rani akan menjalani pemeriksaan bahkan kabarnya akan dipertemukan dengan Antasari Azhar, Ketua KPK nonaktif, yang kini jadi tersangka kasus pembunuhan Nasrudin.

Kemunculan Rani di Polda tak ubahnya ketika Antasari Azhar ditahan. Para wartawan harus bergelut dengan pengawal Rani, untuk mendapatkan gambar dan mendengar komentar perempuan itu seputar kasus yang menimpa Nasrudin. Kabarnya Rani akan menggelar konprensi pers usai pemeriksaan.

Bagi polisi, Rani merupakan saksi kunci kasus pembunuhan Nasrudin yang ditembak usai bermain golf, Maret 2009 lalu. Sampai sejauh ini polisi memastikan motif pembunuhan Nasrudin karena persoalan harga diri. Antasari kesal karena kepergok oleh Nasrudin saat berduaan dengan Rani di kamar 808 Hotel Grand Mahakam, Jakarta Selatan.

Direktur Reserse Kriminal Umum Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Muhamad Iriawan, mengatakan, Rani datang untuk menjalani pemeriksaan. "Memastikan barang bukti...ya misalnya handphone dan lainnya," papar Iriawan. Sedianya usai salat Jumat Iriawan berjanji akan menggelar jumpa pers. (Dedy)

Awal Kehidupan Mbah Surip

Mbah Surip dilahirkan pada tanggal 5 Mei 1949 di Mojokerto Jawa Timur. Dilahirkan dengan nama Urip Ariyanto. Saat ini Mbah Surip berstatus duda dengan empat anak dan sekaligus juga sebagai kakek dengan empat cucu. Menurut pengakuannya Mbah Surip termasuk orang yang senang sekolah, Mbah Surip memiliki ijazah SMP, ST, SMEA, STM, Drs. sama insinyur dan MBA.

Selain sebagai penyanyi, Mbah Surip pernah merasakan pengalaman bekerja di bidang pengeboran minyak, tambang berlian, emas, dan lain-lain bahkan pernah bekerja di luar negeri seperti Kanada, Texas, Yordania dan California. Namun Merasa nasibnya kurang baik, Mbah Surip mencoba peruntungan dengan pergi ke Jakarta. Pada suatu waktu, nasib menentukan lain. Mbah Surip mendapat kesempatan untuk rekaman dan akhirnya meraih kesuksesan seperti sekarang.

Perjalanan di Dunia Musik

Dalam perjalanan musiknya Mbah Surip telah mengeluarkan beberapa album musik. Album rekamannya dimulai dari tahun 1997 diantaranya, Ijo Royo-royo (1997), Indonesia I (1998), Reformasi (1998), Tak Gendong (2003) dan barang Baru (2004).

Namun ternyata lagu Tak Gendong diciptakan pada tahun 1983 saat Mbah Surip bekerja di Amerika Serikat. Menurut Mbah Surip Filosofi dari lagu ini yaitu Belajar salah itu, yang digendong ya siapa saja, entah baik, galak, nakal, atau jahat. Seperti bus, nggak peduli penumpangnya, entah itu copet, gelandangan, pekerja, ya siapa saja. Sebab, menggendong itu belajar salah.

Mbah Surip tampil juga lewat video klip "Witing Trisno" karangan Tony Q Rastafara di MTV. Ciri khas dari setiap aksinya di panggung musik yaitu selalu ditemani "Gitar Kopong" nya, menyanyi dengan sangat relax dan nyanyi "ngalor-ngidul" dengan gaya-nya yang khas, kocak, gila, dan bebas ekspresi.

Karakter inilah yang membuat Emha Ainun Najib atau Cak Nun sering menggambarkan sosok Mbah Surip adalah gambaran "Manusia Indonesia Sejati" yang tidak pernah merasa susah, tidak pernah gelisah, tidak pernah sedih dan selalu tertawa, meskipun seringkali di ledek orang Mbah Surip tetap saja tertawa tidak pernah dendam, atau membalas ledekan tersebut.

Bahkan terkadang Mbah Surip bingung untuk pulang karena kehabisan ongkos. Hasilnya Mbah Surip mengejawantahkan kesusahannya dalam sebuah lagu "minta ongkos pulang". Dalam lagu tersebut Mbah Surip bercerita tentang pacarnya, meskipun kita ragu kalau Mbah Surip pernah berpacaran.

Kepergian Michael Jackson

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) – Michael Jackson, the child star turned King of Pop who set the world dancing to exuberant rhythms for decades, died on Thursday, the Los Angeles Times said. He was 50.

"Pop star Michael Jackson was pronounced dead by doctors this afternoon after arriving at a hospital in a deep coma, city and law enforcement sources told The Times," the newspaper reported on its website.

Jackson had been taken ill at his home and found not breathing by paramedics who rushed him to a hospital, the paper said.

The paper's report followed news of Jackson's death first reported by the TMZ entertainment website, which said that the singer suffered a cardiac arrest. There was no immediate comment from spokespersons for Jackson.

Known as the "King of Pop," for hits that included "Thriller" and "Billie Jean," Jackson's dramatic stage presence and innovative dance moves were imitated by legions of fans around the world.

His one-gloved eccentric style also earned him plenty of critics and another nickname, "Wacko Jacko."

Jackson, who had lived as a virtual recluse since his acquittal in 2005 on charges of child molestation, had been scheduled to launch a comeback tour from London next month.

TMZ said on its website that Jackson suffered a cardiac arrest on Thursday afternoon at his Holmby Hills home and paramedics were unable to revive him. "We're told when paramedics arrived Jackson had no pulse and they never got a pulse back," the site said.

Earlier, the Los Angeles Times said the singer had been rushed to a Los Angeles-area hospital by fire department paramedics. The newspaper said paramedics performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation at the singer's home before taking him to the UCLA Medical Center hospital.

COMEBACK CONCERTS

Jackson had been due to start a series of concerts in London on July 13 running until March 2010. The singer had been rehearsing in the Los Angeles area for the past two months.

The shows for the 50 London concerts sold out within minutes of going on sale in March.

His lifetime record sales tally is believed to be around 750 million, which, added to the 13 Grammy Awards he received, makes him one of the most successful entertainers of all time.

There were concerns about Jackson's health in recent years but the promoters of the London shows, AEG Live, said in March that Jackson had passed a 4-1/2 hour physical examination with independent doctors.

New Yorkers and tourists in the city's Times Square were shocked at the news of Jackson's death.

"I don't know what to say. It's sad, it's really, really sad," said Nicole Smith, an 18-year-old student from Brooklyn, New York, in Times Square. "My mother was a fan. I listened to his music."

"I'm shocked. I thought someone was lying to me when I first heard it. I was a fan from when he was a little boy and then he got weird," said Sue Sheider, 51, a teacher from Long Island.

CHILD STAR TO MEGASTAR

Jackson was born on August 29, 1958, in Gary, Indiana, the seventh of nine children. Five Jackson boys -- Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, Marlon and Michael -- first performed together at a talent show when Michael was 6. They walked off with first prize and went on to become a best-selling band, The Jackson Five, and then The Jackson 5.

Jackson made his first solo album in 1972, and released "Thriller" in 1982, which became a smash hit that yielded seven top-10 singles. The album sold 21 million copies in the United States and at least 27 million worldwide.

The next year, he unveiled his signature "moonwalk" dance move while performing "Billie Jean" during an NBC special.

In 1994, Jackson married Elvis Presley's only child, Lisa Marie, but the marriage ended in divorce in 1996. Jackson married Debbie Rowe the same year and had two children, before splitting in 1999. The couple never lived together.

Jackson has three children named Prince Michael I, Paris Michael and Prince Michael II, known for his brief public appearance when his father held him over the railing of a hotel balcony, causing widespread criticism.

Serves Up 'Splendor' Pink Martini

With three successful records under their belt, eclectic lounge-pop act Pink Martini will return October 13 with "Splendor in the Grass" on the band's own label, Heinz Records. Pink Martini's founder and director Thomas Lauderdale tells Billboard.com the album is "all over the map, but hopefully more cohesive than the last one ['Hey Eugene!']." A final track listing is currently being worked on as Lauderdale hopes to get back into the studio and record guest vocals from 90 year old Mexican rancheras singer Chavela Vargas and NPR correspondent Ari Shapiro.

Whether more recording happens or not, Lauderdale is quite excited about the group's new work. "Sometimes with these albums, the danger is everything becoming too random. With this one, I think it has the energy of the first album ['Sympathique']," he said.

Pink Martini is known for mixing a wide variety of contemporary pop influences, classical, and world arrangements and, from Lauderdale's descriptions, "Splendor in the Grass" continues in this tradition. "Tuca Tuca," a popular Italian song from 1970, is augmented with the use of a sitar (the actual instrument used by Peter Sellers in the 1968 film "The Party") and vocalist China Forbes teams with Sesame Street's Emilio Delgado for a bilingual version of "Sing" (a song originally composed for the popular kids program and covered by the Carpenters). For the title track, the group drew inspiration from poets William Wordsworth and Walt Whitman and "a little bit of Tchaikovsky." "I think this is very different than anything we've ever released," he says of the song "Splendor in the Grass." "It's more like an early 70's pop ballad."

Although remaining relatively under the radar this decade, Pink Martini has become quite successful in both selling records, selling out prestigious concert halls and licensing their music in many major film and television placements (i.e. "Desperate Housewives," "Weeds," "CSI New York"). The first three records have combined for a total of 750,000 sales, according to Nielson SoundScan. Lauderdale says the band feels very fortunate for this and credits Pink Martini's fans as "one of the few populations that are still buying albums." Support from NPR and Pink Martini's work with symphony orchestras have also boosted their exposure to audiences that might not initially gravitate towards an a popular music act.

"Thomas is such a perfectionist, which is such a luxury for the audience," says Johanna Rees, Senior Programming Manager of presentations and special concerts for the Hollywood Bowl and Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles. "He's so inclusive, that when you're watching him put a show together, you realize why it has such a great spirit. He's open to suggestions and eager to make it as good as he possibly can." Dating back to 2000, Pink Martini has played with the Los Angeles Philharmonic, with the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra, and on their own; Rees has booked them at both the Hollywood Bowl and the LA Philharmonic's downtown venue, Walt Disney Concert Hall.

"They have such a widespread appeal," she says. "The musicianship is so good, but they don't take themselves too seriously."

Pink Martini will follow "Splendor in the Grass" with a live album recently recorded with the Oregon Symphony, tentatively due in spring 2010. "I've done various classical things with them since I was 13," Lauderdale recalls. "I made the decision we should champion them; it would've been cheaper if we had assembled our own orchestra, but I really believe in them."

But for now, the focus remains on getting "Splendor in the Grass" out there. "It's really a fun record, I really love it," he says.

Adam Lambert Pre-'Idol' Debut Album

It looks like Adam Lambert's debut album may not be released on 19 Recordings/RCA after all. Sources confirm to Billboard.com that an album's worth of tracks Lambert co-wrote and recorded before "Idol" will be released in the summer by Hi Fi Recordings and Wilshire Records. Entitled "On With The Show," the album is slated for release in the summer, months before Lambert's debut on 19/RCA is expected to drop.

Lambert's first single, "Want," is streaming now on the Hi Fi Recordings official website, and according to the company's CEO John Hecker, the rest of the tracks will sound similar. "The music's amazing," says Hecker. "There are some uptempo [songs], there's some that rock a little more, and there are some songs on the same tip as "Want." It's a real album that's coming out, not just a conglomerate of a bunch of songs. This is all original material -- as a matter of fact, Adam wrote a lot of it."

According to Hi Fi, Lambert co-wrote the material that will appear on the album and even made a trip to the Wilshire Records studio in Los Angeles as recently as May 2009 to hear it. "He was in the Wilshire Records studio right before the finale actually, and he was blown away by the material."

Hi Fi Recordings did not notify 19 Entertainment about its intent to release Lambert's debut album before announcing the news on Friday afternoon. "I bet they know now," Hecker says.

Later, Lambert issued a statement through 19. "Back in 2005 when I was a struggling artist, I was hired as a studio singer to lend my vocals to tracks written by someone else," he said. "I was broke at the time and this was my chance to make a few bucks, so I jumped at the opportunity to record for my first time in a professional studio. The work I did back then in no way reflects the music I am currently in the studio working on. I'm thrilled to be working with some of today's hottest songwriters and producers and can't wait for people to hear what my music really sounds like."

As reported earlier, Lambert is working with Lady GaGa producer RedOne and with ex-Evanesence songwriter David Hodges.

Adam Lambert's "Want" was produced by L.A. based New Zealand expat Malcolm Welsford, a principal at Wilshire Records, and features additional production by Mark Endert, who has produced or co-produced several Hot 100 hits including Maroon5's "Makes Me Wonder," Vertical Horizon's "Everything You Want" and "I Don't Want To Be" by Gavin DeGraw. Endert declined to comment, while his manager at Nettwerk, Alia Fahlborg, admitted that they knew it would be controversial. "He's very proud of the work he did," she said.

Welsford does not have a listed number, nor does Wilshire Records. His LinkedIn profile lists an additional company, Wilshire Publishing, and claims Adam Lambert as part of its roster. Welsford was unreachable for comment.

When pressed for more information on the terms of Lambert's non-exclusive agreement with Wilshire Records and whether or not the singer will see any compensation from the album, Hecker responded, "I don't really want to talk about the nuts and bolts of the business deal...but I can tell you that Adam will share in the success."

Hecker says he was approached by Wilshire Records about releasing Lambert's material soon after the singer made his first appearance on "Idol" in January 2009. "When they first discussed it with me I was really hesitant, because usually when there's music that's been recorded earlier, the stuff isn't so good. This stuff is unbelievable. We saw that it was the right thing for fans to hear this music. We're doing everything on the highest level, from the mixes to how we're promoting it."

Hi Fi Recordings is the label home of Melinda Doolitle, who finished third on Season 6 of "American Idol" and was a favorite contestant of Simon Cowell. But Hecker says that he's never been in touch with 19 Entertainment about striking a deal with a top "Idol" alum. "It wasn't relevant," he insists. Since jumping into the music business in 1995, Hecker signed the U.K. band Spacehog as well as Avril Lavigne, who was on his imprint through Arista.

The CEO says he's "100%" confident that his company has the legal right to debut its Adam Lambert album before 19/RCA does theirs. "We would never put anything out that wasn't fully owned by the parties involved with all the rights secured. We were really careful."

"I'm working [Adam's] brand with as much care as anybody could," adds Hecker. "I do not want to hurt this guy, I want this guy to be as huge as he should be, and I think this music is only going to help."

Another Baby Bice in January

'American Idol' runner-up Bo Bice is so proud of his tenure on the hit show he even drops references to it in baby announcements! The southern fried rocker tells PEOPLE he and his wife Caroline are expecting their third child.

"American Idol has a new winner each year – seems things are the same in our house," Bice, 33, says. "Can't wait to introduce our new little 'Idol' to the world January 31st!"

'Idol' the TV show also premieres in January.

The newbie will join Caleb James, 9 months, and Aidan Michael, 3 1/2, in the Bice clan. They've been married four years.

Susan's Got Talent

Britain's Got Talent' phenom Susan Boyle is set to cash in on her fame by reportedly charging a whopping £115,000 ($190,000 US) to play 12-minute sets at corporate events around the world. An email from the singer's agent, sent to a possible client, dropped the large figure, which would get businesses three songs. "She's the biggest star to have come out of Britain's Got Talent, so her price to sing reflects that," a source close to the singer told the the News of the World.

GROUP MUSIK NETRAL

Siapa yang tidak mengenal band kawak NETRAL, bisa di bilang hampir semua pecinta musik lokal mengenal NETRAL dengan setiap semangat dari lirik dan musiknya NETRAL bisa di bilang ngetop di Indonesia. Sedikit informasi yang aku dapet tentang netral yang mungkin berguna bagi kamu-kamu yang belom begitu mengenal NETRAL

Netral adalah sebuah kelompok musik yang dibentuk pada bulan November tahun 1992. Awal kemunculan videoklip di stasiun TV saat itu (MTV Indonesia yang pada saat itu masih menjadi bagian dari Antv) dari lagu di album pertama, "Wa...lah", Kelompok musik ini disebut-sebut mengusung aliran Rock alternatif.

Saat terbentuk, Netral hanya terdiri dari tiga personil, yaitu :

Bagus Dhanar Dhana (Bagus) - Vokalis dan Bassis
Gabriel Bimo Sulaksono (Bimo) - Drummer
Ricy Dayandani (Miten) - Gitaris

Namun saat ini posisi Drummer dan Gitaris telah diganti oleh Eno Gitara Ryanto (Eno) dan Christopher Bollemeyer (Coki). Hanya Bagus yang tersisa sebagai personil awal yang terus berlanjut hingga kini. Saat ini Netral telah beralih label ke Kancut Records, sebuah label independen, yang dibentuk oleh Bagus dan Eno sendiri.

Sejarah berdiri

Pada awalnya, Netral memainkan musik dari kelompok musik luar negeri seperti Nirvana, Sex Pistols, Sonic Youth, The Cure, dan lain-lain. Mereka juga tampil dalam acara-acara di sekolah-sekolah maupun universitas-universitas di Jabotabek. Penampilan serta atraksi mereka dipanggung membuat mereka dikagumi anak-anak remaja. Termasuk juga remaja asing yang bersekolah di Jakarta Internasional School (JIS), yang kemudian membuat band ini kerap kali diundang untuk menjadi pengisi acara rutin sekolah tersebut bernama Black Hole.

Banyaknya pementasan yang dilakukan membuat Netral semakin dewasa dalam penampilan. Sehingga mereka mulai memikirkan untuk membuat album sendiri. Pada tahun 1994, Netral mendapatkan produser untuk album perdananya. Dibawah naungan PT. Indosemar Sakti, Netral berhasil menjual lebih dari 80.000 unit kaset dan Compact Disc dari album perdana ini.

Hal ini membuat promotor-promotor Indonesia dan media asing tertarik untuk mementaskan Netral. Tercatat sebanyak lebih dari 50 pementasan dalam 1 tahun di seluruh Indonesia.

Sejak saat itu berita tentang Netral sering memenuhi halaman diberbagai media, baik cetak maupun elektronik.

Netral disebut oleh pers Indonesia dikatakan sebagai Band Alternatif. Terlepas dari yang diberikan pers Indonesia ini benar atau tidak. Yang jelas band yang dibentuk dari hasil persahabatan di SMA Negeri 55 dan SMA Negeri 60 Jakarta ini hanya memainkan musik yang benar-benar murni keluar dari hati nurani mereka sendiri. Sesuai dengan definisi musik yang kita kenal.

Musik adalah suatu bahasa yang universal yang dapat dimengerti oleh semua orang, dimana musik menyuarakan isi hati sang pemusik yang memang ingin mengeluarkan dan membagikan apa yang mereka rasakan kepada semua orang. Begitulah tekad personil awal band yang mengusung punk ini adalah Bagus Dhanar Dhana bas/vokal, Gabriel Bimo Sulaksono drum, dan Ricy Dayandani alias Miten gitar.

Berita tentang Netral juga banyak terdengar di media Elektronik dan juga di media cetak remaja. Hampir semua majalah remaja di Indonesia pernah memuat ulasan tentang band Netral, bahkan majalah sekelas Gatra memuat tentang band ini satu halaman penuh. Album kedua Netral berjudul Tidak Enak dirilis pada tanggal 30 Juli 1996 dan koferensi pers di Jazz Rock Café Jakarta dihadiri hampir seluruh rekan pers di Jakarta dan rekan pers dari daerah lainnya.

Album kedua Netral berjudul TIDAK ENAK, memang berkesan tidak enak, tetapi bila diamati ada keseriusan dan kepedulian dalam musik Netral sehingga menimbulkan suatu daya tarik bagi yang mendengarnya. Dengan lagu Bobo, boring day , dan desaku album kedua ini tidak kalah angka penjualannya dengan album pertama.

Band ini semakin dikenal banyak orang sehingga ketika band asing seperti Foo Fighters, Sonic Youth, dan Beastie Boys hadir di Indonesia pada acara Jakarta Pop Alternatif Music Festival, Netral diminta untuk menjadi pendamping band mereka. Tercatat lebih dari 50.000 orang menyaksikan pementasan Netral. Tidak hanya sukses di pementasan, namun sukses Netral juga diikuti dengan masuknya Netral dalam nominasi BASF AWARD untuk kategori pendatang baru terbaik dari group Rock terbaik. Kepribadian sederhana dan apa adanya yang dimiliki oleh Netral membuat band ini banyak disukai oleh siapapun, baik pers, promotor, produser, maupun Fans.

Daya tarik group band ini mulai berkembang seiring dengan berkembangnya era Globalisasi. Dimana suatu masyarakat tidak statis terhadap suatu pengaruh, tetapi mulai membuka diri untuk mengambil apa yang cocok dan baik buat dirinya.

Pada tanggal 16 januari 1998, Netral mengeluarkan album ketiga dengan judul “ Album Minggu Ini “ dan berlangsung menggelar tour ke-24 kota di Sumatera dan Jawa. Dengan klip video “ Pucat Pedih Serang “ buatan Rizal Mantovani, membuat penjualan album ini terus bertambah dengan adanya lagu-lagu pertama. Angka ini terus bertambah dengan adanya lagu-lagu lain yang sangat disukai pasar seperti lagu Kau, Selamat Datang, dan Dukun Kebo Ijo. Berbeda dengan album-album sebelumnya, album ini lebih mudah didengar, dengan harapan mampu menyerap pasar yang lebih luas.

Pada bulan Juli 1998, Bimo menyatakan ingin keluar karena mau mencoba warna musik baru. Walaupun berat hati namun akhirnya Netral harus melepas Bimo. Masa-masa tanpa Bimo harus dilewati dengan Additional Drummer untuk mengisi jadwal pementasan.

Atas desakkan produser, Netral harus segera mencari Drummer tetap untuk mengisi tempat yang ditinggalkan Bimo, maka setelah mempertimbangkan banyak hal, diputuskan untuk mengajak Eno sebagai Drummer tetap Netral. Maka terhitung sejak 26 Maret 1999, Eno menerima tawaran Netral dan resmi menggantikan Bimo.

Bersama Eno, akhirnya Netral dapat merilis album keempatnya yang berjudul “ PATEN “ pada tanggal 9 Juni 1999. Dengan didukung Additional Musician seperti Dhani Ahmad dan Deasy Fitri, hits Netral yang berjudul “ Nurani “ dipercaya dapat menaikkan angka penjualan album diatas 150.000 unit. Apalagi di album ini masih ada materi-materi seperti Babi, ’98, Pecah Belah, Yang Enerjik, mudah dipahami dan dapat mewakili suara-suara anak muda yang selama ini kurang didengar. Sound Guitar yang unik dan pukulan Drum Eno yang dinamis menjadikan album ini lebih matang dari album-album sebelumnya.

Pada Tahun 2001, dengan 2 orang personil aja netral merilis album ke V dengan judul “Oke Deh” dengan hits singlenya Bertarung. Album ini berisikan lagu-lagu terbaru karya Eno dan Bagus serta dibantu oleh beberapa additional gitar.

Tahun 2003, Netral mendapat satu personil baru untuk posisi gitar yaitu Coki, setelah melalui audisi yang panjang dan beberapa kali ikut sebagai additional gitar di beberapa konser musik bersama netral, maka akhirnya, coki resmi menjadi anggota netral. Di tahun yang sama, netral merilis album terbaru bertitel “Kancut” dengan single pertamanya yang berjudul - I Love You. Album ini cukup sukses dan merebut perhatian anak-anak muda karena materi album ini cukup fresh, dan unik namun memiliki ciri khas netral yang kental.

Pada akhir tahun 2003 , Netral mengeluarkan klip keduanya berjudul – Namanya Juga Netral. Lagu yang sedikit berbau bossas ini disertai lirik yang lucu dan tetap diakhiri dengan beat ala Netral yang kencang dan powerful, menjadikan lagu ini menjadi sesuatu yang baru dan unik bagi pasar musik Indonesia.

Tanggal 7 Februari 2005, netral merilis album ke VII, dengan materi 7 lagu dan hanya dicetak 7000 keping CD saja, netral bermaksud agar album ini menjadi persembahan yang special bagi para pecinta musik netral. Karena album ini hanya dicetak terbatas. Dengan menjadi produser album sendiri dengan nama “Kancut Record” , Netral merilis album “Hitam” , dengan single pertamanya – Haru Biru. Album ini disertai bonus DVD berisi film tentang pembuatan album ini. Maka menjadikan album ini sesuatu yang special dan mungkin baru pertama di Indonesia.

Thirty-eight previously unreleased recordings -- from groups such as the Who, the Grateful Dead, Creedence Clearwater Revival and Jefferson Airplane -- will dot Rhino's "Woodstock -- 40 Years On: Back to Yasgur's Farm" box set, which will be released on Aug. 18.

Among the highlights of the six-CD, 77-song collection are a 19-minute rendition of the Dead's "Dark Star," "Amazing Journey" and "Pinball Wizard" by the Who, "Feelin' Alright" by Joe Cocker, CCR's "Bad Moon Rising," Blood Sweat and Tears' "You've Made Me So Very Happy" and tracks from Sweetwater, Bert Sommer, Tim Hardin, Ravi Shankar, Joan Baez, Melanie, Country Joe & the Fish, Sha Na Na, the Butterfield Blues Band, Johnny Winter and others.

The set, which lists for $79.98, also restores full-length performances of Canned Heat's "Woodstock Boogie" (to a whopping 30 minutes) and the Who's "We're Not Gonna Take It," and it includes the never-released Woodstock performances of Arlo Guthrie's "Coming Into Los Angeles" and Mountain's "Theme For an Imaginary Western," which were replaced by better-sounding recordings from other concerts for the original "Woodstock: 3 Days of Peace and Music" soundtrack.

The track lineup is accurate to the actual running order of the legendary 1969 festival, and it also includes stage announcements (you still need to check the brown acid, apparently), Wavy Gravy's announcement of "breakfast in bed" for the crowd estimated at 500,000, Max Yasgur's famous speech to the crowd and audio of Abbie Hoffman's encounter with Who guitarist Pete Townshend.

"This will be the most comprehensive collection of Woodstock music yet," Rhino Vice-President of A&R Cheryl Pawelski tells Billboard.com. "The goal was to make it as real as possible...as authentic an experience as possible. It feels like dirt. It feels like a field. We wanted to take you there. We worked very hard to make it a true document of that time."
Co-producers Andy Zax and Mason Williams compiled "Woodstock -- 40 Years On" from the original multitrack tapes recorded during the festival. Their research also allowed them to put the songs and artists in the correct order of performance, and the accompanying booklet will include the accurate sequence complete with full set lists.

One performance is conspicuously absent; Pawelski says Ten Years After would not clear the use of its performance for the box, meaning the group's epic version of "Goin' Home" will not be included. The Band and Keef Hartley were the only other acts that opted out of the set.

"Woodstock -- 40 Years On" follows Rhino's re-release earlier this week of "Music From the Original Soundtrack and More: Woodstock" and "Woodstock 2." A new Woodstock.com web site also launched this week, and a new DVD edition of "Woodstock: 3 Days of Peace and Music -- The Director's Cut" comes out Tuesday. And on June 30 Legacy adds to the onslaught with "Woodstock Experience" editions of seminal albums by five of the festival's acts -- the Jefferson Airplane's "Volunteers," Janis Joplin's "I Got Dem 'Ol Kozmic Blues Again Mama!," Santana's debut album, Sly & the Family Stone's "Stand!" and Johnny Winter's self-titled effort -- each with a second CD featuring the acts' complete Woodstock performances for the first time ever.
